The NexusFortune entities (the NexusFortune entity that provides the NexusFortune Service and bears the applicable disclosure obligations is NEXUSFORTUNE LIMITED, referred to as “NexusFortune”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provide this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and share personal data.
This Policy covers personal data received when we provide advertising and monetization services, and data received through our websites from visitors, business partners and potential clients. By using the NexusFortune Service or Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.

2. How and Why We Collect User Personal Data
We may collect personal data directly or through mobile application developers, game studios, advertising exchanges, demand-side platforms and traffic suppliers. Developers may embed our SDK in applications or games; advertising platforms may share data with us when they send advertising requests; and advertisers or attribution platforms may share data to measure performance.

- We use data to provide monetization, advertising, measurement and anti-fraud services.
- Third-party websites and applications are governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Personal Data We May Collect
Depending on the service and permissions granted, we may receive the following categories:

The developer application is responsible for permission notices and obtaining consent before the SDK is initialized. Fields collected depend on the SDK version and permissions granted.

4. How We Use Users’ Personal Data
We use personal data to deliver, measure and optimize advertising; prevent fraud; understand traffic quality; troubleshoot service issues; communicate with business partners; manage accounts; and send necessary business communications. We do not collect sensitive personal data without explicit consent where required by law.

6. International Transfers
We may process or transfer personal data in Hong Kong and other countries where NexusFortune, its affiliates, service providers and partners conduct business. Transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate safeguards, including data transfer agreements where required.

We may verify requests using information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant data and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also manage personalized advertising through your device, browser or application privacy settings.

8. Security of Users’ Personal Data
We use physical, technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure or destruction. NexusFortune services are mainly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or use it for profiling or personalized recommendations. Where partners provide services directed to children, they must comply with applicable laws and obtain verifiable parental consent where required.
